The manager’s passion for the restaurant business has led us to specialize in the region’s most representative culinary specialties, such as its salads, rice dishes, seafood, and desserts.
La Huerta welcomes guests to an authentic setting with a completely unique concept. At this restaurant, our chef invites guests on a culinary journey through time, offering renowned dishes with touches of our ancestors’ cuisine, served in an elegant and refined atmosphere.
Our restaurant specializes in preparing Valencian rice dishes. From creamy black rice with pigeon to foie gras marbled rice. Our fish and seafood are delivered daily, ensuring the freshness of our products. All our pastries are made entirely in our kitchen, from caramelized Tarte Tatin to Flan de Calatrava, as well as homemade compotes.
